Project Intro
This young couple moved from the bustle of New York City to suburban life in Connecticut. Going from apartment living to owning a home can be quite a change.
They enlisted the help of LH&H to help add personality to their newly purchased foundation furniture. With a solid base to work with- a mix of navy and neutral colors, we got to work finding fabrics and furnishings to pull it all together while adding the life and personality they wanted.
Design Challenges
With newly painted walls and renovation plans on the horizon, adding style and personality would be limited to the power of decorative elements.
Final Result
In the end we proved that a little goes a long way. By Adding patterns, colors, and textures we created a lovely living environment that turned their new house into a beautifully styled home. These little touches created the feel within the space that this young family was looking for without making any major changes to what was already there.
